  1. How to Cancel a Booking

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@obsidiantransfers.gr and are considered valid only after written confirmation from our company.

Cancellations via phone calls, SMS or third-party platforms are not considered valid unless confirmed in writing.

  1. Transfer Services (Airport & Point-to-Point Transfers)
  • Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time:
    No cancellation fee (100% refund)
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup:
    100% charge of the total booking amount
  • Flight delays:
    The driver will wait at no extra charge. No cancellation fee applies.
  • Flight cancellations:
    If the customer informs us promptly, no cancellation fee applies.

  1. Tours & Hourly Services
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service:
    No cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service:
    50% charge of the total booking amount
  • No-show:
    100% charge

  1. No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as the passenger failing to appear at the agreed pickup location within 60 minutes of the scheduled pickup time without prior notice.

In this case, the booking is considered completed and no refund will be issued.

  1. Changes to Bookings
  • Changes to date or time requested at least 12 hours in advance (transfers) or 48 hours in advance (tours) are free of charge, subject to availability.
  • Changes requested later may incur additional charges.

  1. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Any transaction or payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may be non-refundable.

  1. Company Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Obsidian Transfers & Tours is unable to provide the service due to force majeure (e.g. extreme weather, strikes, unforeseen circumstances), the
customer will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative solution.
