  • Airport transfers
  • Port transfers
  • Point-to-point transfers
  • Hourly chauffeur services
  • Private tours and excursions

All services are provided with licensed drivers and vehicles in accordance with applicable Greek and EU regulations.

  1. Bookings

2.1 Bookings can be made online through our website or via written communication.
2.2 A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from Obsidian Transfers & Tours.
2.3 The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete booking details (pickup location, time, flight number, contact details).

The Company is not responsible for service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  1. Prices & Payments

3.1 Prices displayed or quoted are in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices include vehicle, driver, fuel, and standard waiting time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.3 Payment may be required in advance, partially or in full, depending on the service type.
3.4 Accepted payment methods are displayed during the booking process.

Obsidian Transfers & Tours reserves the right to adjust prices in case of significant changes in taxes, fuel costs, or regulatory requirements.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By completing a booking, the customer confirms acceptance of the applicable cancellation and refund terms.

  1. Waiting Time & No-Show

5.1 For airport and port pickups, the driver will wait for a reasonable period according to the service type.
5.2 A no-show occurs when the passenger fails to appear at the agreed pickup location within the defined waiting time without prior notification.

In case of a no-show, the service is considered completed and no refund will be issued.

  1. Delays & Third-Party Disruptions

6.1 Obsidian Transfers & Tours is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by third parties, including but not limited to:

  • Airlines
  • Ferry companies
  • Traffic conditions
  • Border control or customs delays

6.2 Customers must inform the Company immediately in case of flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

Passengers agree to:

  • Follow driver instructions and safety regulations
  • Use seat belts at all times
  • Respect the vehicle and equipment
  • Refrain from illegal, abusive, or dangerous behavior

The Company reserves the right to terminate the service without refund if passenger behavior compromises safety or violates the law.

8.1 Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage complies with size and quantity limits agreed at booking.
8.2 Obsidian Transfers & Tours is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in the vehicle.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • No liability is accepted for events beyond reasonable control.

Obsidian Transfers & Tours shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • Natural disasters

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative solution or refund.
